There's always those little moments in life that we remember year after year, like a good day, the day you met your best friend, the day you're heart was broken or the day everything fell into place.
Don't you wish you could play them back when you need a reminder that life is just life and it's how you live it that makes you extraordinary, I do.
Those 'little' moments are in my opinion the ones that count the most, they're the memories that stay with you year upon year, of course some memories fade away and details get fuzzy but if you're like me (I'm one of those people that remembers the song that played at any given time) It's those little memories that can change a life.
I wouldn't be the person I am today without those little moments. Think about it, the day you met that strange that is now your best friend, think of all the things you've done together, would you have done it without them? Maybe, maybe not
The day you had your heart broken, did it hurt, yes!! like hell butttt... now looking back are you a stronger person that will learn from it, yes probably.
See! I'd love to sit and watch those days back and probably cringe at a few!
Today I had one of those days where I stared a little longer, walked a little slower, listened a little harder and smiled all the more for it. I appreciated things far more than I think I ever have. I don't know why, nothing special happened. In fact I'm injured and couldn't go to a dance class and my boss was off sick so work was busier than usual, but I loved today!
Hence the blog post (it's been a while) I got to thinking on my way home and I wanted to write it all down to see if everyone felt the same way about it as me. Do you think back to this kind of stuff and feel like if you could go back you would?
